today was better, i think i spent more time on the board as opposed to in the water, havent really pipped the technique though!! i can get going now, i can position myself on the board and i can start going....then it all starts to go wrong, i lose my balance and i'm in the water again!!!! i'm sure i will get there i am determined not to give up!, i would like to try with a better set up now though just to see if its our old kit or the way we've got it thats stopping us from staying on the board long or its just a practise thing
